Backstage Ermanno Scervino

Here we are again! There has been Milan fashion week and Sally and I were keen to begin!

Walking through secondary little streets in the centre of Milan, which unfold to aristocratic mansions and luxuriant gardens, fashion people are in a hurry to get to Ermanno Scervino's big tent for one of the most awaited fashion show!

Rieccoci! C'è stata la Milano Fashion Week e Sally ed io non vedevamo l'ora di iniziare!

Tra viottole secondarie che si snodano in pieno centro aprendosi su aristocratiche ville e rigogliosi giardini, il popolo della moda si affretta a raggiungere il tendone di Ermanno Scervino per una delle sfilate più attese.

Thanks to our pass, backstage curtains rise for us! And it's exactly like I've imagined it: crowded, hectic, absolutely exciting!

On the right side Scervino's entertaining a multitude of journalists, introducing his own collection, on the left side everywhere make-up artists and hair-stylists meet and cross, revising the look of models, who are all surrounded by photographers or dressers, while the ones ready for the runway are just waiting within supercool outfits, listening to music or reading books or magazines.
Munite di pass ci si aprono le tende del backstage, che è esattamente come lo si immagina: affollato, frenetico...assolutamente entusiasmante! 

Sulla destra Scervino intrattiene una folla di giornalisti presentando la collezione, sulla sinistra make-up artists e hair-stylists si incrociano per gli ultimi ritocchi sulle modelle, che un po' ovunque sono accerchiate da fotografi o vestieriste, mentre quelle già pronte per la sfilata, cuffie nelle orecchie o libri tra le mani, aspettano tra stupendi capi, meticolosamente catalogati.

As far as the eye can see stands full of clothes, a preview on a collection all devoted to elegance and femininity: subtle nuances, neutral or pastel ones, polished details and sophisticated beauty look and hairstyle, an updo with a masculine allure touch from the short bang, a flawless and bright skin, and soft taupe smocky eyes.
Ovunque stand colmi di vestiti, un'anteprima sulla collezione votata all'eleganza e alla femminilità: nuances tenui, neutre o pastello, materiali preziosi, raffinate finiture e hairstyle e make-up assolutamente sofisticati, un raccolto con un pizzico di allure maschile dato dal ciuffo corto che ricade sulla fronte, e un incarnato perfetto e luminoso, gli occhi sottolineati da un leggero smocky eye tortora.
